Privacy policy

The short version. floridacruiseschedule.com is a static schedule site. There are no accounts, no logins and no newsletter. One analytics tool counts visits in aggregate and sets no cookies, and one contact form sends us whatever you choose to type into it. That is the whole picture.

What we collect

Only what you send us deliberately. There is one form on the site, on the contact page, and nothing else asks you for anything. We never ask for payment details and have no way to receive them.

The contact form

It takes your name, your email address and your message, and it is handled by FormSubmit, which relays the message to our inbox. We have no database: your message lives in an email account and nowhere else.

Your email address is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is not added to a list, because there is no list. We do not sell it, share it or pass it to any cruise line, port or booking partner. Ask us to delete a message and we will.

Analytics

This site uses Clicky to count visits. It records the pages opened, the referring site, and rough country-level location derived from the IP address. It does not build an advertising profile, follow you to other sites, or sell anything about you.

It is configured to set no cookies. Clicky can run either way; we switch cookies off in the page itself rather than in a dashboard, so it is visible in the source and cannot be changed without a deploy. That is also why this site has no cookie banner — there is nothing to ask you to consent to.

One thing is recorded deliberately: when you click a fare link out to our booking partner, that click is counted as an event. It tells us which listings are actually useful. It is the link that is counted, not you.

If you would rather not be counted anywhere, any of these work: enable your browser's Do Not Track setting, block cookies for this site, use an ad or tracker blocker, or read the site in a private window. Nothing on the site breaks if you do.

Third parties

Loaded by this site: Clicky, and nothing else. There is no advertising network, no tag manager, no social media embed, no comment system, no chat widget, no font CDN and no A/B testing tool. Fonts and images are served from this domain.

Two others are reached only if you act. FormSubmit receives a contact form if you send one. Cruisebound receives you if you click a fare link, at which point you are on their site and their privacy policy applies, not ours.

Links to cruise lines

"Check prices" links take you to a cruise line or travel retailer. Some may be affiliate links — see the affiliate disclosure. Once you follow one, you are on their site and their privacy policy applies, not ours. We pass no personal information to them; we cannot, because we hold none.

We record that outbound clicks happen, in aggregate, so we can tell which listings are useful. That count is not tied to an identity.

Server logs

The web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, URL requested, browser string — which are used for security and debugging and rotate automatically. They are not combined with analytics data.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, EU, or a US state with a privacy statute, you have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. In practice we hold no record that identifies you, so there is generally nothing to retrieve or erase. The opt-outs above stop the analytics collection entirely.

Children

This site is intended for adults planning travel and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If we ever add a third party that collects more than the above, it will be listed here before it goes live.
